Packaging
All items are wrapped in tissue paper then parcelled carefully in recycled and recyclable packaging to ensure that your items arrive safely.
Returns & Refunds
Hopefully you are delighted with your Glass Lore purchases! In the unlikely event that you aren’t, email me 14 days from the date of arrival to begin the returns process. You will need to post the item back to me safely, unfortunately I cannot refund items that arrive damaged.
Custom items are non- refundable.
Glass Lore items are securely packaged to prevent damage, however, should an item arrive broken, it will, of course, be repaired or replaced.
