I started making glass in early 2024 and began Glass Lore the same year. Since then I have traded in my art teaching job of 15 years to be a full time stained glass artist!

I handcraft all my pieces in my little home glass room using the copper foil method, also know as Tiffany glass.

 

I have always loved making work about nature and that has continued into glass where I make work mostly about plants and creatures. ​As a neurospicy human, I find that making glass is the calm, creative outlet I need to keep me happy.

 

I live a quiet life of glass, gardening, and makers markets in the pretty East Yorkshire market town of Beverley. with my husband Chris, my dog Fen, and a fluffy ginger cat called Esme.
